Gene Solutions had built Vietnam’s largest cell-free DNA testing capability and needed the brand to catch up.
What we did
We rebuilt the mark on a fixed construction grid, then wrote the system around it: two primary colours, a gradient family, a pattern derived from the mark itself, and a type hierarchy that survives a lab print-out.

The brief
10Vill Coffee wanted a gift box that could sit next to a collector’s piece, not a retail SKU.
What we did
We drew the coffee cherry as an inlay motif, specified it in eggshell against lacquer, and set the structure so the lid reads as one painted surface rather than a printed panel.

Lacquer and eggshell inlay · six months · 200+ shells
Vietnam is one of the largest coffee exporters on earth, and almost all of that volume leaves the country anonymous — sold by the tonne, re-branded elsewhere.
What we did
The number 10 already belonged to the brand twice over — Hamlet 10, and, in Eastern numerology, the figure of completeness.
A shophouse row cannot be photographed into desire — it is bought on belief in a future street.
What we did
We positioned it as an address rather than a listing, and drew the mark from the tiered roofline of the Huế imperial gate — reduced to a single flat trapezoid you look through rather than at.
Tết packaging in Vietnam has a default vocabulary — red, gold, blossom, zodiac animal — and a brand born from a coronation cannot arrive dressed like everyone else without losing exactly what it sells.
What we did
So we did not start from Tết.

Santen is Japan’s No.1 eye-care brand, and in Vietnam it was still a pharmacy-counter purchase. OTC regulation limits what an eye drop is allowed to claim, so the usual product argument was closed off before we started.
What we did
We spoke to the feeling rather than the symptom: 70% emotional content against 30% functional, running on four pillars in a single feed.

Home appliances are bought on spec and sold on discount, and a spec sheet will not stop a Gen Z feed.
What we did
We turned the comma in the Comfee logo into a speech bubble: the appliance answers back, and each product gets its own colour and its own ending — cool, clean, fresh, crisp, warm, safe.

Two product films in the same year for two very different expressions — Chivas Regal XII, sold to a younger crowd, and XVIII Blue Signature, sold on eighty-five tasting notes.
What we did
Both films are built from one asset — the Luckenbooth crest — and separated only by material and tempo.
One Drinks Asia was launching three Cantina variants into Vietnam at once. A shopper had to tell Brut, Moscato and Prosecco apart in a second — in low light, on a crowded gifting shelf.
What we did
One label architecture, three light temperatures. The variant name is written in a script that glows off a black label, and a contour pattern runs across the range so the trio reads as one family from three metres away.

A Tết 2024 special edition across two tiers — Ballantine’s Finest and Ballantine’s 18 The Glenburgie — that had to feel like the Year of the Dragon without the pack turning into a dragon illustration.
What we did
So the festivity is not applied on top — it is built out of the brand’s own geometry. 2024 was the Year of the Dragon, and a dragon is scales; a chevron is a scale.
A Tết special edition for Aberlour 12 Double Cask Matured. Aberlour’s identity is not a look — it is a place: an oak, a river, a village, and a red that most people read as just the brand colour.
What we did
We stopped using red as a surface and started using it as a threshold. Aberlour Red is the colour of the doors on Warehouse No.1, so the box is not printed red — it is a red door.
Bia Hà Nội has brewed since 1890 and is a shared memory rather than a product decision — which is exactly the problem when you have to post every week for a year.
What we did
We started from the city, not the bottle. A watercolour Hanoi — old quarter, Ô Quan Chưởng, Trấn Quốc, Long Biên and the new towers on one sheet — became the base of the “Tôi yêu Hà Nội” line.

MediCare’s Love Your Life Club is a membership programme — a list of benefits, which is the hardest thing in retail to make anyone feel.
What we did
We turned the programme into a place you walk into: one neon doorway, one heart, one cast. The doorway is shot as a built set, so it can be a key visual, a gondola header, a security gate or an entire shopfront without redrawing.

Four internal pieces for Manulife’s agency force, made over two years: a leadership training brochure, an illustrated career-path map, a recognition template system and the 2026 Lunar New Year calendar.
What we did
We drew the career as a place. The path from financial adviser to senior vice president became an island with eleven milestones, so a ladder that is normally a table becomes somewhere you can see yourself standing.
Relifoods grows and ships fruit, and fruit is the hardest thing to brand: the product is identical to everybody else’s until someone tells you it was handled properly.
What we did
We built the R as a hand. The stem of the letter is a wrist, the curve is a palm and the strokes are fingers taking the weight of the fruit — a mark that says selected and carried before it says anything else.
AirAsia wanted one image to say that Thailand is theirs — islands, temples and city in a single frame, and five different passenger types who all had to see themselves in it.
What we did
We built one composite and changed only the people.
Five years of always-on production for Pernod Ricard Vietnam across ten houses and five disciplines — bottle labels and pack artwork, printed leaflets, Tết gift structures, social content and marketplace e-commerce.
What we did
We ran it as a system rather than a queue.

Hoàng Anh supplies flavours and food ingredients to Vietnam’s food and beverage industry.
What we did
We kept the origin and rebuilt it. The spiral became an interlocking H and A, stepping in and out so the eye reads depth, radiating from a central circle that stands for people.
Build a Vietnamese key visual around a single line — Mực Rẻ, In Khoẻ — and keep the palette as monochrome as the printer itself, letting only two words carry the colour.
What we did
We built the line out of what a printer actually makes. KHOẺ stands on a stack of freshly printed paper; RẺ sits inside a pile of coins; the toner cartridge holds the lockup together.
