- When should a Tết project start?
- Brief around April for a season that ships in October–November. Artwork locks around June–July, because after that the calendar belongs to the printer, not to the brand.
- Do you work alongside a brand’s own agency?
- Yes, and that is the normal way things run. Some projects arrive through an agency, some BFS leads and brings specialists in. The credit line says who did what.
